I have been working on this idea for some time now. I should be able to demonstrate my screenmixed black powder within a week or two. The intention is to use a 3lb nozzleless rocket to lift a 6" ball shell. The burst will be the same powder. More of the same powder will be used to lift and burst shells.

As far as placement of your mill, the ideal distance is probably around 150ft or more away from any buildings of any sort. If you can barricade it that's even better (things like sandbags).
