This paper presents a small and efficient model for predicting NOx emissions from coalfired boilers. The raw data collected are processed by the minmax scale method and converted into a multivariate time series. The overall model's architecture is mainly based on building blocks consisting of separable convolutional neural networks and efficient channel attention (ECA) modules.

It can be simply interpreted as a process that a mixture of oxygen from air separation unit (ASU) and recycled flue gas (RFG) primarily containing CO 2 and H 2 O rather than air is used to combust with fuel ...
WhatsApp: +86 18037808511The annual consumption of coal resources by the combustion process is significant, and the associated environmental degradation has gotten worse. Enhancing the combustion system of power plant boilers to increase energy conversion efficiency and support sustainable development has become a significant research goal in light of this crucial problem. If the combustion process is not properly ...

WhatsApp: +86 18037808511Coal has been an important energy source worldwide; however, it is the largest source of nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions because the amount of nitrogen in coal is larger than that of other fossil fuels. Precise control of NOx emissions is required in operations of coalfired power plants from the viewpoint of air pollution control. Although theoretical analyses of NOx generation from a coal ...

WhatsApp: +86 18037808511Inside the power station, the coal is pulverised to a fine powder in giant grinding mills. This is because pulverised coal burns quickly, like gas. The pulverised coal is transported to the boiler furnace with air where it burns. WhatsApp: +86 18037808511The working principle of a coalfired boiler is as follows: coal is fed into the furnace in the boiler and ignited by an igniter to produce hightemperature flames and flue gases. The flame and flue gas flow inside the boiler and transfer heat with the watercooled tube wall, causing the water temperature to rise.
WhatsApp: +86 18037808511In general, a boiler produces steam from water by burning fuel (, coal) to heat water until it boils and turns into vapor, which then carries away the heat through pipes to the parts of the machinery where it is needed. coal fired boiler working principle A coal fired boiler is a type of boiler in which the combustion process is fueled by coal.

WhatsApp: +86 18037808511A pulverized coalfired boiler is an industrial or utility boiler that generates thermal energy by burning pulverized coal (also known as powdered coal or coal dust since it is as fine as face powder in cosmetic makeup) that is blown into the firebox.. The basic idea of a firing system using pulverised fuel is to use the whole volume of the furnace for the combustion of solid fuels.
